Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the god1111 platform — including its website, games, sportsbook, payment services, and promotional content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and god1111.

god1111 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms apply to all players accessing god1111 from Bangladesh, including players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of god1111 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to god1111 is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions. god1111 takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling extremely seriously and has implemented multiple controls to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

To be eligible to register and use god1111, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players who are 18 years or older are considered adults for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method you use to deposit or withdraw funds. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that covers online gaming platforms, whether self-imposed through god1111 or through any external responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended account on god1111 that was terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual natural person for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and automated access are strictly prohibited.

god1111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one account on god1111. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. If god1111 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed, associated bonuses forfeited, and withdrawals suspended pending a review.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. This information is used for account verification, payment processing, and communication. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your god1111 account credentials, including your username and password. god1111 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number, where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact god1111 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

god1111 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from god1111 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your god1111 account — including all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. god1111 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

god1111 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically to serve players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed within a 256-bit SSL encrypted environment. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the god1111 compliance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. god1111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Players must have completed the required identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that are in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• god1111 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5 for full details.
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national holidays (including Eid and Pohela Boishakh), or in cases where additional verification is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

god1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The flagship promotion is the 200% Welcome Bonus, automatically applied to a player's first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more. No bonus code is required to claim this offer.

All bonuses offered by god1111 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms that may be published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution table for each bonus will be provided in the promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Players who already have an active bonus cannot claim a second bonus until the first has been completed or expired.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering: If a player requests a withdrawal of their deposit amount before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: Players with an active bonus must not place single bets exceeding ৳2,000 per round or spin until the wagering requirement is fully met. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse and Fraud: god1111 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonus forfeited and its account suspended.

Seasonal promotions — including offers tied to Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and IPL season — will be published on the god1111 platform when available and will carry their own specific terms. god1111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games and sportsbook markets offered on god1111 operate in accordance with published rules. It is each player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not accepted as grounds for the reversal of a bet outcome.

god1111 sources its casino games exclusively from certified, reputable software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot or casino game is set by the game provider and cannot be altered by god1111. RTP information is available within each game's information panel.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — god1111 will review the session logs and settle the affected round in accordance with its published malfunction policy. Winnings from malfunctioned game sessions may be voided.

god1111 is committed to maintaining an environment of fair play. Players who are found to be using prohibited software, exploiting game or software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any other conduct that gives them an unfair advantage over other players or the platform will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on god1111 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud god1111, other players, or payment providers — including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods — is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Money Laundering: Using god1111 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. god1111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Automated Access: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology that automates interaction with the god1111 platform is prohibited without explicit written permission from god1111.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates — designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was made to god1111 constitutes fraud. god1111 will contest all chargebacks and may pursue legal remedies.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, incorrectly displayed odds, or any other obvious platform mistake to generate winnings is prohibited. Winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward god1111 staff or other players in any communication channel is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

god1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Players may also voluntarily close their god1111 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and wagering-ineligible amounts) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings rather than permanently closing their account. Self-exclusion options include temporary exclusions of varying durations. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers can be made.
